The Ki-Gor and Ann Canon Bible

In 2026, a canon bible for Ki-Gor and his ilk will change their shared franchise's history forever. 

Ki-Gor is canonically a cyan-eyed Irish blonde and has the surname of Kildare. His hair has been bleached by the sun while his skin is still bronzed in moderation, since the dangers of UV rays have become more understood than before. His parents were likely killed by a particularly horrid form of corruption when he was a young boy, thus he was taken in by bandits who trained him to become a badass. His foster dad is now a shaman who lives with the creatures next to his hut. 

Helene Ann is a chubby ginger (mind you, her hair indeed is ginger, but of a more titian sort) who doesn't have the proficiency of a true aviatrix. Nonetheless, she is a badass and will strip off her military clothing when needed, turning into a scantily clothed adventurer.

The bonkers evolution of Kaanga

The original Kaanga character is the mascot of the late Jungle Comics magazine by Fiction House, a Ki-Gor expy who has a special distinction in American comics history as one of its most Leeroy Jenkins-like heroes.  Being one of the most successful Tarzan boys before Akim’s international expansion, in Italy he was called Gin-Bart and in Brazil he’s called Kionga. To avoid a greater amount of confusion, Kaanga’s name is pronounced Ke-Anga.  He is one of only two constant characters along with his wife Ann Mason. Or even his Mexican equivalent being one of just three as with the addition of Toro/Junior in the unofficial Mexican film adaptation El Rey de Los Gorilas.  His Mexican counterpart Kim/Simio first appeared in El Rey De Los Gorilas and, like his more impactful competitors Tibor and Akim, is sometimes erroneously named just Kim.
